Questions about this service

Can I use this address as my official residence?

No. It is a postal address for receiving mail. It is not a registered residence (residenza anagrafica), it does not replace your registration with AIRE if you are an Italian living abroad, and it does not change your tax residence.

Who can receive mail at my address?

The account holder, plus additional named recipients depending on your plan (up to 5 on Premium). Mail for unregistered names is returned to the sender.

Can you receive registered letters (raccomandate)?

Yes. Once you have authorised us in writing (a delega), which we set up with you during onboarding, our staff accept raccomandate on your behalf, log them and scan them the same day.
